Did you know the average Thanksgiving meal is between 3,000 to 4,500 calories and a whopping 229 grams of fat (according to Calorie Control Council)? That’s why Anytime Fitness recommends burning the turkey this thanksgiving.
Well, not the actual bird, but the turkey calories!
For the second year in a row, Anytime Fitness is helping its members and the general public work off some of those butter-laden mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie through tips showcasing a series of fun, exercise improvisations while promoting them to show us the same.
For every original photo or video of people showing how they’re burning the turkey (using hashtag #BurnTheTurkey) posted on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, Anytime Fitness will donate $1 to Feeding America. And to provide extra support during the busy holiday season, Anytime Fitness will be hosting a food drive in the gym. Members and the general public are invited to participate by dropping off non-perishable items to the club, located at 1556 S 11th St, between Nov. 13th and Nov. 24th.
