Harvest Celebration

September 1 - October 31

The Harvest Celebration (including three weekends of AppleJack activities) is still on despite the recent fire at Porter’s and the Apple House Market! Join us throughout September and October for special events and activities, including wine tasting, hard cider tasting, live music, and more.

U-Pick Apples

Enjoy the natural beauty of the fall season by picking your own apples in the Arbor Day Farm orchards. New for this year! Tree Adventure admission is not required to access the orchard for u-pick apples!

Nebraska City’s 52nd Annual AppleJack Harvest Festival

September 19 - September 20

Nebraska City’s historic AppleJack Festival annually draws between 60,000 and 80,000 people to Nebraska City to celebrate the apple harvest. This year, we are spreading the celebration out over the entire harvest season, not just on one three-day stretch. It’s the same great fun, but smaller crowds. 2020 AppleJack Fun Run

Please join us for the 16th Annual 5K run/walk through beautiful Nebraska City on Saturday morning, September 19. We encourage participation of everyone from the beginner to experienced road runner as proceeds from this event go back into the Nebraska City community. Carvings by Chris at Wildwood Historic Center

Do you remember bark carving with Mr. Dewey in 5th grade?  Come see what the master himself has done.  Chris Dewey carvings on display in the historic Wildwood House as part of the AppleJack celebration.  During your tour of the House you can view his art and visit with the artist!
